Refund Policy
Deposits, cancellations, and what happens if you change your mind.
01Why this is not a returns policy
Everything here is made to order. A website built for one business cannot be resold to another, and the cost of it is time that has already been spent. So this policy is about what happens when a project stops, rather than about sending something back.
02Deposits
The deposit reserves the time set aside for your project and covers the work done at the start of it. Once work has begun it is not refundable.
If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit is refunded in full.
03Cancelling part-way through
You can stop a project at any point. You are charged for the work completed up to that point, and the deposit is set against it. If the work done is worth less than the deposit, the difference is returned; if it is worth more, the balance is invoiced.
You receive whatever has been produced up to that point once that invoice is settled.
04Completed work
Once a site has been approved and made live, the job is done and the fee is not refundable. Faults in work that was quoted are fixed at no charge — that is not a refund matter, it is simply finishing the job properly.
A change of mind about the design after approval, or a change in the business's plans, is new work rather than grounds for a refund.
05Monthly care plans
Care plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month already paid for runs to the end of its term and is not refunded in part.
06If you are a consumer
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, and the contract was agreed at a distance — over WhatsApp, email or the phone, without meeting — you have 14 days from agreeing it to cancel.
If you ask for work to start inside those 14 days, and confirm you want it to, then you keep the right to cancel but you are liable for the work actually carried out up to the point you tell us. Once the work is finished within that period with your agreement, the cancellation right ends.
This paragraph describes rights given by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing elsewhere in this policy or in the Terms & Conditions affects them.
07How to ask
Email [email protected] or message on WhatsApp. Say what you would like to happen and it will be dealt with within five working days.
