How much does photo editing cost?+
It's priced per batch — by how many photos there are and what they need — so the price comes once I've seen them. You'll have a fixed price before I start, and nothing is done until you agree it.
Can you work with phone photos?+
Yes. Send what you have — dull, dark or crooked shots can usually be brought back to life without a new shoot.
What do I need to send for an HDR merge?+
The bracketed shots: the same view taken at a few different brightnesses — usually three or five — with the camera kept still between them. Most cameras can take them automatically (it's called bracketing, or AEB). A single photo can still be brightened and colour-corrected, but blending needs the set.
How do I send the photos?+
Send your choices on WhatsApp, then the photos in the same chat — or a link to them (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer) by WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp shrinks photos unless you send them as a document, so a link or "send as document" keeps the full size.
Can you put my phone number on the TV in photos I already have?+
Yes — tick "Your number on the TV" in the builder. On photos you supply it's priced individually, with the rest of your batch. Use the branded photos on your own website and social media rather than on Airbnb, whose rules keep contact with guests on Airbnb until they book.
