Direct booking websites
Holiday let websites that take direct bookings
Airbnb and Booking.com take a cut of every stay, and the guest stays theirs, not yours. A direct booking site puts the reservation on your own website — you keep the full amount, you keep the guest's details, and you can bring them back next year without paying to reach them again.
Connected to the booking system you already use
You don't have to change how you run things. I connect your site to Guesty, Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Smoobu or whichever platform you're on, so live availability and prices come straight from your calendar. Guests check dates and book without leaving your site, and there's no second calendar to keep in sync — a double booking is the fastest way to lose a review.
Built to convert, not just to look nice
Most guests are browsing on a phone, often in the evening, often comparing two or three places at once. So the pages load fast, the photos are big, the availability check is the first thing you see, and booking takes as few taps as possible. Every extra second and every extra step loses people.
Found when people search for somewhere to stay
Your site gets proper page titles and descriptions, a sitemap Google can read, and structured data describing the property so search engines understand what it is. If you don't have a Google Business Profile I'll set one up; if you do, I'll tidy it. That's what gets you showing up for searches like "holiday cottage near Hebden Bridge" rather than only being found by people who already know your name.
Payments and enquiries handled properly
Take deposits or full payment through Stripe, or keep using your booking system's checkout — whichever suits how you work. Enquiry forms land in your inbox, and click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons mean a guest with a question can reach you in one tap instead of giving up.
What clients say
Mustafa built exactly the site my business needed — sharp, modern and live without a hitch. Couldn't recommend him more.
The site looks incredible and works flawlessly. It completely changed how clients see the business.
Exactly what we wanted — clean, modern and easy for customers to use. Delivered on time too.
Common questions
Will I still get bookings from Airbnb?+
Yes. A direct booking site sits alongside the listing sites rather than replacing them. Most owners keep both and gradually shift repeat guests across to booking direct, where there's no commission to pay.
What if I only have one property?+
That's completely normal and it's the most common thing I build. A single-property site is quicker to put together and costs less than a multi-property one.
I already have a website. Can you move it?+
Yes. I record every existing setting before anything changes, so your email keeps working throughout. This is where most website moves go wrong, and it's the part I'm most careful with.
How long does it take?+
Usually two to three weeks from the point I have your photos and property details. Booking system connections can add a few days depending on the platform.
Want to talk it through?
Tell me what you need and I'll come back with a fixed price. No obligation, and no pressure if it turns out I'm not the right fit.
