Most social video is lost in the first three seconds. Good editing is mostly about pace and about earning the next second — cutting the dead air, landing the hook early, and making it readable with the sound off.

You send the clips and say how you want it — a few lines, or a video whose style you like. Each short is vertical, up to 60 seconds long, edited from the clips you send to the brief you give me, with captions, music and sound levelled, and colour matched across clips.
Each short is back within 3 working days of the clips and brief arriving — or by the end of the next working day with express delivery, £5 more a short. Minor changes after delivery are £5 a round; anything beyond your original brief is quoted separately. The monthly plan runs month to month, and either of us can end it at the end of any month. Longer videos, other shapes and filming are quoted separately.

Cut for phones, not for desktop
Vertical framing for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with the important part of the frame kept clear of the interface. A landscape video cropped to vertical as an afterthought always looks like one.
Subtitles on every video
Most people watch with the sound off, so every video is captioned. It's also the single cheapest thing you can do to keep people watching longer, which is what the algorithm actually rewards.

What do I need to send?+
The clips — phone footage is fine — and a few lines on how you'd like the edit, or a video whose style you like. Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer links all work. Each short runs up to 60 seconds.
Do you do longer videos too?+

Who actually does the work?+
Mustafa Haroon, and only Mustafa Haroon. Foldscapes is a one-person studio, so the person who answers the phone is the person who builds the site. There is no account manager in between, no work passed to a subcontractor, and no agency markup on top.
